The Color Diet

Nutritional Diet

Nutrition is unquestionably an important part of life and good health.  It can be almost as important as the suggestions about attitude, imaging and meditation.  All of these suggestions taken together could be part of your daily routine to continue in life as a preventative measure.  The list below will supply the body with the right "mineral colors" to help regulate the endocrine system of organs and glands comprising the immune system.  Enjoy any other foods that you like, just be sure to include these as recommended.  Below the recommended diet is the explanation underlying this perspective on mineral color.

Since we have a color code within our life's arrangement that gives us thought control, we need to look at this system with a critical eye.  Although each individual has their own particular color assembly which can be called their personal color code, there nevertheless remains a universal color code that applies to every person on earth.

These particular colors are primarily assigned within the jurisdiction of the involuntary nervous system that keeps our major features of life operating without deliberate effort on our part.  A color shade is incorporated with each vital organ and gland, giving us the same pattern of thought as our conjured thoughts.

The true nature of these and all of the other colors in our scheme of thoughts are solely dependent on our inner mineral reservoir.  Minerals are the source of all colors and that remains true even in the case of our inner color arrangements.  In dealing primarily with disease we see the various colors that are present in the brain cell compartments that regulate each vital organ and gland.  These colors must be exact in their density without any possible variation if good health is expected to flourish.  If, by chance, the vital mineral content of any system is in a deficient state, it will seriously affect the signals from the brain to the organ or gland in question.  The results could lead to a serious impairment of the nerve impulse and, therefore, bring about the condition known as atrophy to the affected body part.

The system to reinstate these colors to their maximum density is carried out in two processes.  The first one is the foods that we eat.  The most essential foods for this purpose are the most ordinary ones that we know.  They include all necessary mineral colors to supply this system.

DAILY MINIMUM INTAKE
One green vegetable lettuce, cabbage, or any greens
One yellow vegetable carrots, squash, or tomatoes, etc
One white vegetable onions, potatoes, eggplant, etc.
One half citrus fruit orange, grapefruit, lemon, etc.
One third teaspoon vanilla extract (not imitation)
One ounce raisins
One ounce chocolate, cocoa or candy bar
Four six ounce glasses of water

WEEKLY
Two ounces nuts peanuts, pecans, etc.
One medium garlic button, cooked in salads
Three eggs preferably soft-boiled
Four ounces wheat germ

Add any other foods that you prefer to these suggested items.  It is recommended that children be allowed two ounces of real licorice (containing licorice oil) per month.  Certain elements within the oil can aid in brain development.

The Endocrine System and Associated Colors

This diet is premised under the model of the brain that works on the three principles of color, temperature and electricity.  Colors are an important part of the body functions, and color plays an integral part of regulating our thought processes, the immune system and many other functions of the body.  The general principle of color is easily exhibited in the assortment of colors in the human aura in holistic medicine, and also demonstrated in various aural photographs or Kirlian photography.

However, to take it one step further into the immune system is a different situation, and as yet proven, is only theory at this time.  In this model theory, the endocrine system represents a network of seventeen organs or glands that produce a myriad of chemicals contributing to the regulation, production and synthesizing of all the chemicals in the body.  Nutrition is undoubtedly important to the provision of necessary amino acids, vitamins, minerals and other foodstuffs.  It is the endocrine system that produces and stores the required ingredients for the body.

The regulation of all these functions is under the oversight of the brain, but more importantly is the supply of necessary ingredients to the endocrine system.  Since the body does not have a series of gauges to measure the storehouse of chemicals per se, it uses a different indicator to signal when supplies of various chemicals are needed.  For example, the gas gauge on your car indicates whether the tank is full or empty.  Similarly, each organ or gland has a color coded gauge that signals the brain when supplies are low.  Color being an integral part of the thought process and brain functions is substituted as the gauge or method of communication.

In the aural spectrum, certain colors are ascribed to the emotional aspects of a person and thus a picture of the aura can tell a lot about a person’s emotional state.  It is a given that there are discrepancies in the interpretation, and even in the fact that they represent anything at all.  However, aside from fact or fiction in aural colors, the importance of color in our daily life can not be overstated to the critical side in how we conduct our lives.

Simplicity is often the key operating principle in the body, although it is a vast and complex network of associations, generally the simplest of things can cause us many problems.  So in this explanation of color and the endocrine system, this also applied to the foods that we eat.  The many types of food exhibiting the same color as in green vegetables for example, promotes variety as much as anything else.  All foods that we eat contain varying degrees of vitamins and minerals, but the main essence in all of them is color.  To wit, the color of a plant, vegetable or fruit is due to a type of mineral found in each.

The second process involves the visual adaptation of the colors themselves.  We can absorb colors through our normal visual range, and purposely assign them to the needed brain cell compartment.  Study each color for seven minutes and allow at least fifteen minutes between each color.  This can also be done for one minute at a time, just so long as the total time spent on one color equals seven minutes.  The time lag between colors is essential in allowing our loctrinical board to locate the proper color receptacle.  Color cards can be located at most any paint store.  Read and study the instructions of this system carefully.

The following colors are assigned to their vital body part, and these colors can be of prime importance to our schedule of health.
